A CHARGE of drink-driving was denied by Soham man Joseph Bowyer when he appeared before Ely magistrates on Thursday.
Bowyer, 27, of Barcham Road, is accused of giving a breath test reading almost double the legal limit after driving near his home on October 6.
The court adjourned the case until December 4, when the date of his trial is due to be fixed.
