THE trial of Stuntney man Gary Case, originally due to be held at Ely courthouse on Thursday, is now to be heard before Cambridge magistrates.
Case, 38, of Soham Road, has denied assaulting Alison Frankham, causing actual bodily harm, on March 19 and April 4.
The date of his trial is due to be set at Cambridge courthouse during a hearing on August 13.
