HAULAGE firm Turners of Soham have kitted out one of their brand new trailers in support of Magpas - the county’s air ambulance charity.
The main body and back of the 44-ft trailer is decorated with more than 1200 of graphics showing the Magpas Helimedix lifesaving team in action, all paid for by Turners,
The trailer will be driven mainly in the UK, but will also be taken to Europe over the next 11 years, the length of time it will be in service.
Tim King, group fleet engineer for Turners said, “We’ve got 1,100 trucks out there. At some stage, we might need Magpas. Turners is a family run business and we believe in supporting local charities. Magpas highlights the importance of safety on the roads; you never know when you might need them”.
If you spot the Turners Magpas trailer out of the roads, please let the Magpas team know on Facebook via Magpas Lifesavers or on Twitter @Magpas_Charity.
