SOHAM Bike show organisers presented the proceeds from their Bank Holiday Monday event to MAGPAS on Saturday.

Cedric Martin and Brian Johnson donated £300 from their event to the Soham-based Community First Responders scheme, which is run by MAGPAS.

Community First Responders are members of the public who volunteer to give up their time to be trained, equipped and co-ordinated by the charity so they can attend serious medical emergencies in their community. Responders receive intensive training so they can resuscitate patients and each group has a defibrillator so they can cope with cardiac arrests.
