A LITTLEPORT man who used a crisis loan from the benefit system to set up a drug dealing business had the terms of his suspended jail sentence varied by magistrates this week.
Michael Nunn, 25, of Limes Close, was given a six month sentence suspended for two years back in July 2006.
He had admitted possessing cannabis with intent to supply, and assaulting a police officer.
As a requirement of the suspended jail sentence last year, Nunn was given a 24-month supervision order, and told to attend a "think first" course.
Magistrates have now agreed to remove that element from the order.
