More than 300 members from the Ely and District Scouting Association celebrated 100 years of scouting in Cambridgeshire outside Ely Cathedral on Saturday.
Scouts from Ely, Littleport, Witchford, Hadenham, Sutton and Stretham, were all in attendance and helped celebrate the landmark event with plenty of fun and games and a giant cake, which was cut by the beaver scout, Theo Knights, of 3rd Ely.
The Ely town crier, Avril Hayter-Smith, was also on hand to lead the cry of celebration.
There was musical entertainment was provided by the Carrots Roadshow along with Ely beaver Louis on his ukulele.
