PLANS for four homes in the grounds of a house in Burwell have been rejected by planners.
The two-storey homes were planned for the garden of Harlech House, in Isaacson Road, in the Burwell Conservation Area.
Although East Cambridgeshire District Council had agreed in principle the site was acceptable for residential development, the planning committee followed their officers' recommendation and rejected the plans.
