MOTORISTS faced delays on the A142 heading towards Ely this morning following a two-vehicle smash.
A Vauxhall Astra and a Daewoo estate car collided on the A142 at its junction with Wenny Road at 6.55am, with one driver receiving slight injuries.
Both cars were heavily damaged and required recovering while long tailbacks formed at the height of rush hour.
The scene was cleared by 8.30am.
