ELY Rotary Club has welcomed two new members at the start of their new year.
Mike Bentley, a retired master butcher who lives in Ely, and Charles Blakey, who has lived in Witchford for the past 17 years, and was formerly branch manager of HSBC bank in Ely, have been welcomed to the club.
Mr Bentley was a training manager for Dewhurst's 1,600 shops and Mr Blakey changed jobs 18 months ago and is now a financial advisor working with Edward James Investments.
Ely Rotary Club is active in providing events for the people of Ely and surroundings, and more information can be found at www.elyrotary.co.uk.
The Rotary Year runs from July until June.
