Roadshows promote a green Christmas

A SERIES of roadshows to help residents have a green Christmas will be stopping off in Ely. The roadshow will be at Ely Market Place between 10am to 3pm today (Thursday). Members of the RECAP waste team will be handing out free cotton bags, fridge magnets

A SERIES of roadshows to help residents have a green Christmas will be stopping off in Ely. The roadshow will be at Ely Market Place between 10am to 3pm today (Thursday).

Members of the RECAP waste team will be handing out free cotton bags, fridge magnets and leaflets with tips on how to reduce and recycle Christmas packaging and compost Christmas trees. There will also be promotions including reduced price compost bins, food waste campaigns and ideas for Christmas presents for all the family.
