A trophy cabinet donated by Sutton Stirling to the parish council will be insured by the council and installed as soon as possible. It was agreed to erect dog fouling signs near the pavilion and also on the field, advising pet owners not to exercise their dogs in this area. There is a continuing problem with youths congregating on the balcony on Friday and Saturday nights, leaving a lot of rubbish and making additional work for the caretaking staff. A broken window in the pavilion is awaiting repair. The hire charges for the pavilion and football pitches will be reviewed.
The council meets again on April 11, the finance committee will meet on April 18, the annual parish meeting is on April 20, with the council AGM on May 9. Full details on the notice board in High Street.
