YOUNGSTERS at the Tree Tops After School Club in Little Downham got their teeth into all kinds of Hallowe’en fun last week.

The club, which runs daily from 3.15pm-6pm at Downham Feoffees School, gave the children the opportunity to take part in traditional Hallowe’en activities before the school broke up for half term.

Children of all ages learned how to carve pumpkin lanterns – with much laughter and mess resulting. The pumpkins were donated to the after school club by Tesco and Scott Brothers Anglia of Ely.

The pupils also cooked up some kooky cakes and biscuits which were decorated to look like scary spiders.
