Prickwillow Museum is holding a 1940’s event on Sunday August 6 from 11am.
Ken Woods, of the museum, said: “This is a new event for the museum and will feature Timescape and D.J. John, as well as the Military Vehicles, dancing, 1940’s food, hair and make-up.
“In addition to the 1940’s-themed event, the museum will be running its large and very rare pumping engines throughout the day, with other hot and cold refreshments also available, and there is plenty of free off road parking, so why not come along, and don’t forget to put your period clothing on.”
