The incident occurred at around 7.45pm on Friday December 4 in a recreation ground off of Hop Row.
A 43-year-old man from Haddenham was arrested later the same evening on suspicion of rape. He has been released on bail to return to Parkside Police Station in Cambridge on December 12.

“My first priority is care for the victim and protection of the local community which is why we have dedicated resources to provide an increased reassurance to both the victim and community.”
