Police are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist suffered serious injuries in a collision.
The 52-year-old was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, in Cambridge, with serious, but not life-threatening, injuries following the collision with a Toyota Avensis T3 in Burwell Road, Swaffham Prior.
Both the vehicle and cyclist had been travelling towards Swaffham Prior when the collision occurred at 8.16am on Friday.
PC John Blood, investigating, said: “I would appeal to anyone who saw the collision, or the vehicle or cyclist prior to it, to call police.”
Anyone with any information should call the roads policing unit on 101.
