AN assault charge facing Ely woman Susan Statham was dismissed by city magistrates on Thursday, when the Crown Prosecution Service offered no evidence against her.
Statham, 20, of New Barns Avenue, had previously denied assaulting a child at the Paradise Centre playground area in Ely on October 7 last year, and was due to face trial this week.
