ON Wednesday, members of the club met at Keith Leonard House. Jannice Kinnear welcomed everyone and introduced the speaker who was writer and historian Mike Petty, and he gave a very informative talk from the Pickwick Cambridge Scrapbook in the 1930s. Jannice thanked him on behalf of everyone. Jill Powley organised the raffle before everyone moved to the coffee room for refreshments. The next meeting is on June 13, when the speaker will be Richard De Horsey who will talk about his 42 years in textiles. All welcome.
