PENSIONER Ronald Bailey is to face trial before Cambridge Crown Court, after denying four sexual offences. Bailey, 78, of Lode Close, Soham, is accused of sexually touching a girl under the age of 13 some time between September 6 2007 and May 1 this year.

Bailey, 78, of Lode Close, Soham, is accused of sexually touching a girl under the age of 13 some time between September 6 2007 and May 1 this year.
He is also charged with three offences of sexually touching a woman aged 16 or over, on various dates between February 28 2007 and May 17 2008.
When the pensioner appeared before Ely magistrates on Thursday, the court declined jurisdiction, and adjourned the case for a committal hearing on January 22.
