A PENSIONER facing a charge of assault had his case adjourned for two weeks by Ely magistrates.
Terrence Brown, 66, formerly of Victoria Green, Witchford, is accused of assaulting Steven Lane on November 22.
As a condition of his bail, the court banned him from the Witchford address and ordered him not to contact two witnesses.
