SPEEDER John Cowell was fined £60 after he admitted driving at 40 mph along Station Road in Littleport, where there is a 30 mph speed limit in force.
Cowell, 50, of Black Horse Drove, Littleport, was also told to pay £35 costs by Ely magistrates on Thursday, and three penalty points were endorsed on his licence.
