A woman is in a critical condition in hospital after being struck by a lorry in Huntingdon.
The collision happened at about 1.15pm yesterday (April 30) in St Peter’s Road, at its junction with Tower Close.
The 63-year-old pedestrian, from Huntingdon, was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge where her condition this morning was described as critical but stable.
The driver of the lorry, a 51-year-old man, from Littleport, was not injured.
Police are investigating and anyone who saw the collision should contact Sgt Chris Clare on 101.
