Celebrant and preacher at St Michael and All Angels on Sunday was the Rev Alan Partridge. The organist was Beth Stokes. The first lesson was read by Verity Baker and the offertory was presented by Michael Richer. During the last hymn a sheaf of corn and loaf of bread was taken up top the altar to be blessed by the vicar to celebrate Lammastide.
