AN Evening with Martin Bell, organised by the Rotary Club of Ely Hereward on October 13, was a huge success. A packed Hayward Theatre heard Martin Bell tell them about his career in the armed forces, with the BBC, as an MP, and as an ambassador for UNICEF

AN Evening with Martin Bell, organised by the Rotary Club of Ely Hereward on October 13, was a huge success. A packed Hayward Theatre heard Martin Bell tell them about his career in the armed forces, with the BBC, as an MP, and as an ambassador for UNICEF.

Joanna Eden provided some light musical entertainment, and a raffle concluded the proceedings. A cheque for £400 was presented to Mr Bell for UNICEF.
