ON May 5, chairman May Gillett welcomed members to the club, including two new members, Mr and Mrs Wright.
The club song was sung and birthday chocolates were given out to those members celebrating their birthday this month.
The 49 Club winner was Mrs Frost, who received £40.
The competition was a posy of flowers, judged by Mr and Mrs Cave.
The next competition will be 'something green'.
