VICE-president Ruth Ginn welcomed members to the meeting on Friday. The speakers for the afternoon were Christopher and Janet South with there talk called 'snap out of it', which were pictures without a camera. Each member was given a list of titles, which referred to a holiday they had been on. Members were asked to select a title and either Janet or Christopher would talk on the subject. Diane Wheeling thanked them on behalf of the club for an enjoyable afternoon. A collection was made for the charity they support, which supports some of the people who survived the Tsunami disaster. Peggy Gibbon gave out the announcements reminding those going on the holidays that the remaining balance is now due. Ruth Ginn organised the raffle, the ladies served the refreshments and the meeting was brought to a close with the singing of the club hymn.
