ON Friday, members welcomed the return of Anita Brown with her bygones of the Second World War, which included adult and children's gas masks, war-time utility clothing and song sheets .Everyone enjoyed the afternoon.
On Friday, games of bingo were played with Betty Lanagan calling the numbers and Jean Peacock and Jean Wells checking the books. Refreshments were served and there was a raffle to boost the club funds. The singing of the club hymn brought the meetings to a close.
