Mrs Murfitt welcomed members to the meeting on February 24. Mrs Gibbon reminded members of the Women's World Day of Prayer service at St Andrew's Church on March 3. Mrs Gibbon welcomed Liam Brown who entertained with some Irish songs, accompanied on the accordion and reciting monologues. Peggy thanked Ian on behalf of the members. Refreshments were served and Ellen Webb organised the raffle. The meeting was brought to a close with the singing of the club hymn.
