THE trial of two men who have denied carrying out a burglary in Burwell could not be heard at Ely courthouse on Thursday, because the court ran out of time.
John Hughes, 29, of Gamlingay, and Albert Smith, 50, of Potton, are alleged to have burgled DS Smith Corrugated in Reach Road on June 5, with intent to steal.
Their trial has been rearranged for December 14.
