SUNDAY morning's service was somewhat shorter than usual, but was nevertheless full of delight and encouragement. News was shared about some recent experiences. One lady told of visiting the 'healing tent' at the previous day's Fun Day: she hobbled in on a stick and walked out with the stick under her arm! After a time of praise and the sharing of news we walked round to Palace Green where all Ely's churches were gathering for an open air united service. Much prayer was included in the service, for our community and our families.
Sunday service: 10.30 a.m. (including Holy Communion). The pastor will speak from Mark's Gospel chapter 10, concerning eternal life and eternal riches. Crèche and Sunday School will be provided. All are welcome.
