AS over three quarters of us had been away at the annual camp of the Barnabas Fellowship of Churches there was a sense of energy and enthusiasm as we gathered on Sunday morning. During the worship it was clear that many of us were refreshed, renewed and envisioned by the event. Holy Communion was celebrated with joy and gratitude. The pastor led a time of sharing later, as people were asked to tell of their experiences. For many, and for the church as a whole, a new phase has been entered, and there was a strong sense that there will be no turning back! Sunday service: 10.30 a.m. The speaker will be Caleb Smit, one of our young people who was deeply touched by the Lord at the camp. Crèche and Sunday School will be provided. All are welcome.
