AS often happens in our services, on Sunday morning we found ourselves focusing on the wonder of the cross of Jesus. There is mystery in the way God showed His love for us in that "while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us".

Holy Communion was celebrated in that sense of deep gratitude that sometimes almost overwhelms us. The pastor led us in a kind of workshop on evangelism, encouraging us to find ways of expressing our faith to those to whom the gospel is unknown, and of sharing our personal story in a succinct and attractive way. Afterwards, there was a time of prayer for the evangelism of the church, and for all of us as we play our various parts in it.

Sunday service: 10.30am. The speaker will be Tim Frost. Crèche and Sunday School will be provided. All are welcome.
