DURING the worship at Sunday's service, we were reminded of the authority believers have been given, and that there are some things that God wants us to do ourselves rather than asking Him to do them. There was a time of intercession for various people and needs. Irene Lipson spoke on 'the binding of Isaac', a passage which would be read that day in synagogues as part of the Jewish new year celebrations.

Sunday service is at 10.30am. and will include Holy Communion. The speaker will be pastor Maurice England, from a sister church near Nottingham. Crèche and Sunday School will be available. All are welcome.
