OLD comrades from the Cambridgeshire Regiment and the Royal Anglian Regiment met at Ely Cathedral on Sunday for their annual commemoration service.

The service was attended by the Dean of Ely Cathedral, Dr Michael Chandler and the chaplain general, the Venerable Stephen Robins QHC. Following a service at the cathedral, a parade took place on Cathedral Green during which the Lord Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire, Hugh Duberly took the salute alongside Ely mayor Richard Hobbs. Fifty cadets from Cambridgeshire Army Cadet Force also took part in the event which included a display of military music and drill movements.
