OLIVE Leonard (nee Peck) died on January 3, aged 85.
Born in Ely, Olive Leonard worked as a production operative at Winton Smith in Cambridge and Chivers in Histon.
Mrs Leonard, who lived at Lily House in Lynn Road, Ely, had a number of interests, including stamp collecting, listening to music, and in her younger years, coach travelling across the country.
Mrs Leonard was also a keen gardener; her flower arrangements won best in show at the Ely club 30 years ago, and she became a specialist in growing begonias.
She had eight children: Sheila, Michael, Richard, Josie, Jeanette, Jeffrey, Chris, and Robin, who died in 1967, aged nine.
Mrs Leonard is survived by nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

The funeral takes place today (Thursday 11) at Cambridge City Crematorium.
