THE sentencing of Soham mum Dulcie Green, who has admitted growing six cannabis plants on her window ledge, was adjourned for a further three weeks on Thursday.
Last month, Ely magistrates had asked the probation service to prepare a report on 42-year-old Green, but there was no report available this week. Solicitor Jacqui Baldwin said Green had only received her appointment letter from the probation service on the day she was expected to attend their office in Cambridge.
"She got the funds together for transport, but was late arriving," added Miss Baldwin.
Green, of West Drive Gardens, Soham, who had also admitted possessing 2.68 grams of cannabis when police raided her home on April 19, is due back in court on July 5.
