No moped licence

A £60 fine was imposed on Soham man Jason Nelmes, after he was convicted of driving a moped without a licence. Nelmes, 35, of West Drive Gardens, had three points endorsed on his licence, and was ordered to pay £42 costs and a £15 surcharge.
