Youngsters from Ely's St Mary's School have a brand new play area in the shape of their school badge made entirely from recycled materials. The project is the first in a series planned to improve the school grounds and will include a Viking ship, sensory garden and flower beds. The work will be paid for through a special school fund-raising project. Anyone wishing to help should contact Karen Everett at the school office on 01353 662163.
