SOHAM residents were invited to look around the facilities at the Soham Staploe Medical Centre recently. As well as all the familiar consulting rooms, a new facility was on show. The centre has recently set up the Staploe Aesthetic Clinic offering laser treatment for skin blemishes and hair removal. The clinic, staffed by trained personnel and overseen by Dr James Howard, has two different but complementary machines.

Practice manager Michael Wilde said that he was pleased with the number of people who attended the open day.

Pictured are Sue Wells, a nurse at the centre, and Dr James Howard with some of the medical equipment.
