HADDENHAM villagers are being asked to name a new housing development in the village.
Barratt Homes, got in touch with the village's parish council seeking a new name for its estate in West End on the former yard of villager, Ken Alsop.
Parish councillors decided to invite residents to come up with ideas and anyone with a suggestion for a suitable name should contact parish clerk Jenny Manning at 8 Aldreth Road, Haddenham by Friday, January 11.
