Musicians Charlie and Molly handed over a cheque for £2,500 to the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity this week.

The money was been raised through the sales of their CD and donations received at recent concerts and events attended by the duo.

Charlie O’Connor, 17, and Molly Armstrong, 16, produced their debut CD with the help of their parents and fund-raiser Robert Barnes and have set themselves a £10,000 target.

Charlie and Molly launched the CD late last year and have been busy performing across Cambridgeshire in the weeks and months since.

The CD is available at Sainsbury’s, in Ely, Burrows Books and the Lighthouse Centre in Ely, Soham Books, both of the Arthur Rank Hospice shops and the hospice itself.
