Dr Ray Gambell, OBE, of Landbeach, took the service, which is always held on the first Sunday in October. This was the 125th such service (the present chapel having been built in 1884). The lessons were read by Mrs Jean Nash, of Swaffham Bulbeck, and Cllr. Allen Alderson, of Reach.

The Little Chapel in The Fen has recently been re-roofed at a cost of more than 8,000.
