THE Rev Edwin Myers welcomed everyone to the harvest supper on Tuesday. The event was well attended and everyone enjoyed a ham salad with hot potatoes followed by apple crumble and custard. Debbie Bullman organised the singing of harvest hymns accompanied at the piano by Jim Ames. Readings were given by Debbie Bullman, Kitty Wallace, Vera Seal and Kath Day. Jim Ames offered prayers and this was followed by the auction of the harvest produce. Jim was assisted by Mrs Palmer, Debbie Bullman, Denise Gilbey, Joy Ames and master Daniel Myers.
