EASTER Day service was taken by the Revd Peter Dewdney and stewards were Ron Bloys and Barbara Galley. The chapel was beautifully decorated with a host of golden daffodils and many other flowers; these had been arranged by Win Moore in memory of member Eileen Woolstenholmes whose death was reported recently; they were given by her friend Win Taylor who now lives at Harrow on the Hill, having been born here at Haddenham-on-the-hill more than 80 years ago. A super lunch was served after the service by the younger ladies of the church.

The winner of the March quiz was Paul Sulman of Dartford in Kent and the April quizzes are available by telephoning: 01353 740230; the May coffee morning will be on Saturday, May 13 and the Hymns session will be at 7.30pm on May 3.
