In a joint operation between Norfolk and Cambridgeshire Police, officers arrested the men, aged 47 and 24, at the house in Millfield, off Ely Road, and took them to a police station in Norfolk for questioning.
Detailed forensic tests have been carried out at the house as part of a major investigation into a series of armed robberies at homes and businesses over the last two weeks.
Det Insp Mark Beresford, leading the investigation, said: "This morning's arrests were made as part of a joint operation between Norfolk and Cambridgeshire Constabularies, which have worked closely on the inquiry.
"The investigation and evidence-gathering in connection with the inquiry will continue.
