MEDICS and police were called to Ely courthouse on Thursday to deal with 33-year-old Donna Bush after she collapsed in the building.
Bush - who was due to appear before magistrates facing charges of theft - was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Thirty-three-year-old Bush, of Newport Avenue, Fordham, had previously admitted stealing a bottle of wine and eight cans of lager from the Co-op in Littleport; and is further charged with stealing 100 worth of toiletries from Superdrug in Ely on May 16.
The court adjourned the case against Bush for seven days. Her co-defendant, Carl Scarrow, 27, of Cottier Drive, Littleport, has also admitted stealing wine and lager from the Co-op in Littleport, and his case was also adjourned for a week.
