TWO women who were shown pornography by a kerb crawler in Ely were each awarded 100 compensation by magistrates this week.
And the man who displayed the sexually explicit material was ordered to take part in the Thames Valley Sex Offender programme.
At an earlier hearing before city magistrates, Dean Purcell, 26, of Bevills Close, Doddington, had admitted two charges of intentionally showing the pictures with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
Purcell's first victim was walking along Downham Road when he drove past her a number of times in a Peugeot estate car on March 23.
"She noticed he had something in his hand, and thought it was a map," said prosecutor Laura Mardell. "He leant across his car towards her, and she realised he was holding a pornographic magazine, and showed her sexually explicit pictures. She was shaken up by the incident."
A few minutes later, a woman walking in St John's Road saw Purcell's car, and noticed he had something on his lap.
