A MAN who has denied stealing a pedal cycle at Ely railway station is to face trial before city magistrates on November 5.
It is alleged that James Leonard, 42, stole a �239 cycle belonging to Mr D Barrett on June 26. He is also charged with going equipped for theft on the same date, having been found in possession of a pair of cutters and two Allen keys.
Leonard, of London Road, King's Lynn, was ordered not to travel on Network Rail trains or go to railway stations, as a condition of his bail.
