He is also charged with causing a child under the age of 13 to look at an image of a person engaged in sexual activity, for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification.
A SUTTON man facing three sex charges involving a boy under the age of 13 has been sent for trial at Cambridge Crown Court.
Kirk Lefcovitch, 25, is accused of inciting the boy to engage in penetrative sexual activity between June 1 and 30 last year.
He is also charged with causing a child under the age of 13 to look at an image of a person engaged in sexual activity, for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification.
The third charge alleges that Lefcovitch, of The Brook, Sutton, met the boy following sexual grooming; he is accused of travelling with the intention of meeting the child, intending to do something that would have involved the commission of an offence contrary to the Sexual Offences Act.
Ely magistrates gave Lefcovitch conditional bail until he appears at the Crown Court for a preliminary hearing on March 4.
