A man has been charged with the murder of Paul Bone in Mildenhall.
Andrew Turner, 49, of Pembroke Close, Mildenhall, was charged with murder before magistrates in Bury St Edmunds on December 23.
Mr Turner is accused of killing Mr Bone in the early hours of Friday, December 20. Paramedics attended the scene but were unable to save Mr Bone.
Mr Turner made no application for bail and will be remanded in custody until January 2, when he is due to appear at Ipswich Crown Court for a preliminary hearing.
A 45 year old woman who was arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on police bail and is due to return to Bury St Edmunds on March 18.
