A man charged in connection with a crash which left four teenagers, including a 17-year-old from Soham, with serious injuries has appeared before a judge.
Aaron Daley, 24, of no fixed address, was charged with dangerous driving causing serious injury, driving while disqualified, driving with no insurance, and failing to stop following a collision.
A 17-year-old from Soham and two other boys, also aged 17, suffered serious but not life-threatening leg injuries and were taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, in Cambridge, after struck by a Fiat Punto in Hills Road, Cambridge.
A teenage girl was also injured in the incident, which took place on August 14.
All four were celebrating after collecting their AS-level results from Long Road Sixth Form College.
Appearing at Cambridge Crown Court, Daley was remanded in custody until November 7, when he will reappear in court.
